Should I and if I should what should I upgrade to, to best work with SLI'd 1060s.

Solution richiestang_78 Nov 11, 2018 You can't SLI 1060s, even if you could its not worth the money, pretty much always better to buy a better more powerful card. As far as your CPU, unless you are noticing a bottleneck then there's no reason to upgrade.
