What direction should my fan on my heatsink be?

I have a ThermalTake Frio Silent 12 and I want to know what direction should the fan on the heatsink be blowing.

it should blow away from your case intakes and towards the exhaust for optimal performance and silence.

It shoild blow through the heatsink and toward the rear case fan in a usual setup.

The part of the fan that has the wire or plastic running from the center to the put edge should be placed on the heatsink, on the side the ram is at.

if you're fan is on the left side of the heatsink, then yes.

i'm assuming you have a standard case.

if your fan is on the right side of the cooler it should blow into the heatsink.

The fan should blow into the cooler. The cooler should be oriented so that the fan is blowing in the same direction as the case's airflow.
