I had 8gb but one of the sticks doesnt work for some reason anymore so i have to buy another.

RAMs come with lifetime warranty, so you could just return the sticks and get them back for free (other than shipping)

Yeah thats my ram. I was going to send it back and get new ones, but I want to be able to use my pc and I dont think I can just return one to newegg and get it replaces.

Nope, you will have to return both.
You can also return to Kingston if you prefer that route.
