Hello, what do I do to the sundisk cruzer with u3 to ready it for recording progrmas on it

You will have to uninstall the U3 application from the stick, then in windows explorer you can right-click on it, and choose format.

START->RUN->CMD-> THEN TYPE :--> Format f:

and ur done by pressing y
