At the very least, Reset PC.
Probably, just a whole OS reinstall.

are you talking about with Windows 10? Well if everything is working already you can just not do anything. But if you want to be 100% everything got installed correctly you'd want to do a fresh install.

It's not 100% clear to me yet if the built in 'reset' function in windows 10 if it does a full reinstall or just a very advanced factory reset which may not correct problems relating to deep hardware problems from replacing the motherboard.

It certainly won't hurt anything to do the 'reset' first if you feel like there is a problem.

I've just had framerate drops while playing games and people suggested that I should reinstall my windows to make sure drivers arn't interfering with each other
