I built my first ever pc, the specs are:
Msi 770-c45 mobo
Amd phenom ii x4 970 cpu
Gtx 650 2gb

I started the pc, and when I did, there was a black screen with beeping cursor. I did my research and found out that my mobo was tryna restore windows from my old hdd, so I put another hdd in it and it still didnt work. When I placed my usb flash drive with windows in the usb port there was still no progress. I disconnected the hdd and only used the usb flash drive and when I did that I saw the windows logo for a split second. I also cant acces bios. The only thing that happens when I start my pc is: I see black screen with beeping cursor, msi 770-c45 screen appears and disappears, black screen with beeping cursor appears again and short after that I see the windows logo appear for a split second and after that my pc turned off. (Idk why, I think it was overheating but im not sure) Idk what to do and what is happening, please help

Yeah you cant just put in a HDD with Windows from another system.
Make sure to format your harddrive first.

Go to your BIOS and go to boot options, make sure the USB is on top of the boot order list,
that should work

PC Won't Boot To BIOS (8 Causes, Fixes)
  1. Use UEFI Firmware Settings.
  2. Fix Faulty Power Connector.
  3. Troubleshoot The RAM Sticks.
  4. Remove The BIOS Battery To Reset The CMOS.
  5. Disconnect External Peripherals.
  6. Read The BIOS Error Messages.
  7. Fix Possible Boot Device Issues.
  8. Update The BIOS.

can you access the boot priority option? If yes, plug in your original hdd and set it as the first option.
However, since you say you can't access your bios, I am pretty sure there is something wrong with your motherboard. Try flashing a new vrsion of your mobo's bios

Whats the boot priority option? And how to flash a new bios? The motherboard is most likely damaged or something because its used and I got it from a friend of mine

the boot priority tells the motherboard what drive to boot first. Some times you can't boot because you haven't set the boot priority correctly. Well i just remembered that toflash a new bios you should have access to the current bios, so that's out of the question. Are you sure that you press the right button to access your bios?

No, because I dont even know how to get in bios. With my older pc I started the pc and then there was a menu with all the specs. I needed to press escape and then I would go into bios

I can go into bios now, what do I need to do next?

Search for the option that tells which drive to attempt to boot from first (Boot Priority or something similar). Move USB to the first position. Save and Exit, then shutdown your system. Insert the USB drive into a USB port and then power up the system. It should boot from the USB at this point.

I did it, but I still have the black screen with beeping cursor. Could it be my hardware that doesnt support windows 10 or maybe something else?

Im trying to install windows 10 (pro), I plugged the usb in my laptop, went to google and typed windows 10 download, went to the official microsoft website and downloaded it and put it on the usb stick.
