What do I get extra on one motherboard to the other

So what extra stuff will I get on the £105 motherboard vs the £90 motherboard like better overclocking.
Note: I am not bothered about crossfire and SLI

The PC Mate is intended more for the corporate world, where overclocking and SLI happen to other people.

It has all the basic parts for a Skylake board, but it is not a 'gaming' style board.

The Gigabyte has more of the 'chrome' gamers expect (premium sound, good SLI and overclocking support)

What do you plan to do with your system?

I plan on overclocking to 4.6ghz min and using to play cpu heavy games such as Arma 3

Then the more expensive board, is more robust with better power and better networking and audio codec.
