What do I need to keep an AMD FX-9590 CPU cool?

So, I'm thinking about buying the AMD FX-9590 CPU, but there's one thing that i need some help with. And that is, what/wich water-cooler would you recommend for me to use if I would want to keep the 9590 cool?
I'm really into the Kraken x61, but will it be good enough to keep the CPU cool?

there is only one thing, not turning the darn pc on
that thing is almost uncoolable, get a 8350/8320 and the kraken

Water cooling is the ONLY acceptable option.
You wont start a fire with a noctua D15, but it's by no means "Safe".

Custom loop or dual radiator. (Example would be an H110)

As posted you will need at least a dual radiator or large air cooler such as the Noctua d15
