What do I need to return a graphics card?

I bought an Asus Radeon R9 390 recantly and it's acting up.
I want to send it back, but it's my first card and I didn't bother to keep all the packaging.....

I don't have the outer packaging or the anti-static sleeve, but I do have the actual box the GPU came in.....what exactly do I need to return this card?

Thanks man, I guess I'll have to ring up Asus and ask them about it, hopefully they'll be fine with it.
