What do i need to upgrade?

Hello,

I have a big problem guys, i don't know what to upgrade first!
I have:
AMD FX 4100 overclocked to 4.5ghz
ASUS M5A78L-M LX v2 motherboard
GTX 550 TI Golden Sample (Gainward)
Fortron Raider 650 w PSU
Samsung 840 series 120Gb SSD (was cheap so i bought it ^^)
Kingston Hyper X Blu 2 x 4 Gb memory 1600 Mhz

I use my computer mostly for games (Dota 2,BF3,Planet Side 2,Skyrim...)
In BF3 i got like 30-45 FPS on med/high settings but it spikes down on 15-20 FPS in combat...

I know that i need to change well...everything but im from Bosnia an Herzegovina and money is a BIG issue here!

My friends told me to buy and fx 8320/8350 1st cuz my fx 4100 is really bad...then a new Motherboard and to save money for a decent GPU like GTX 660 or 7870...

Like i said i use my computer mostly for gaming..DOTA 2, BF3 and Planet Side 2 are main games...so i would like to ask you, what do i need to upgrade 1st to play(those games) with a decent frame rates.

I think you should first upgrade your CPU. Get a 6300 or a 8320. Then you can upgrade your GPU. Honestly, everything else is fine. You don't really have to upgrade anything else.
