Question what do i when my pc starts by its self with fans blowing fast and no signal

i recently changed motherboard because my old one would give me a cpu error code so i changed it . my cpu was recently bought.(intel i5 2400) but everytime i plug the pc with the new motherboard it turns on by itself and all the fans in my pc start blowing very fast ive tried everything i dont know if its a faulty motherboard or if my powersuply is broken.And the worst part is that i dont get any signal.What should i do please!!

2x hdd 1tb
cheap 500w psu
2x 4gb 1333hz and 1600hz ddr3

Question, what happens when you take the CPU out and boot it, does it give you an error code then?

Any lights or beeps on your monitor board? Are you able to post any pictures of your setup?
