My specs are:
Windows 10
CPU Vishera 8 Cores @ 4.0Ghz
16gb memory @ 2400mhz
ATI Radeon R9 Video Card
1000W power supply
Asus 990FX Sabertooth Mainboard
And this problem occur often and sometimes freeze computer.
I tried switch Windows's HD and problem persisted, the funny fact is, this happened once, but has stopped for almost one year, then lately started to happen again and now its completely freezing my computer, i have to hold power to shut computer off, or simply press Reset.
As you can see, the disc "2 / C" is 100% in use, but down there is 174Kbps (Read) and 444kbps (Write) and these are very slow rates to consume 100%.
I'm not sure how these rates works, but in my HD's physiscal label there is "Sata-II 3Gbps" inscription, shouldn't it transfer at this rate to reach the 100% usage??
My HD's transfer rate usually are 60MB/S, I don't know why but, trasfer reach 150 even 300 MB/s sometimes, not sure why it happens and i would like to know how to make HD work always on those speeds. I guess this is a Windows related problem...
Someone already told me to buy SSDs, but if "correct transfers speeds" aren't even working, i guess SSDs will not too...
