Not too bad
😀
However, this GPU is better, and exactly the same price as the GTX 660 -

You also don't need a PSU that powerful - a 550W would be fine.
I'd recommend this -

Cheaper than the Rosewill, and it's fully modular.
Rosewill PSUs are known for premature failure and are generally thought to be a poor PSU manufacturer, so I'd never recommend one of those, despite the CapStone series being one of their best. Seasonic are thought to be one of, if not
the, best PSU manufacturers.
Bear in mind that this Seasonic PSU only has two 8/6-pin PCIe connectors - which is enough for your GPU. However, you will not be able to X-Fire/SLI without a better-equipped PSU. But if you do not plan to X-Fire/SLI, then you'll be fine
😀
Also, I would personally stick to an Ivy Bridge i5 (3xxx) over a Haswell (4xxx), but that's personal preference
Do you plan to overclock? I would assume so from the Z87 motherboard and aftermarket cooler, but it's worth asking nevertheless.
