Price is about the same.

Ryzen 5 3600 instead of a 2600.
Gtx1660 super instead of gtx 1660
Newer b550 motherboard with wifi
Cheaper but more reputable brand ssd.

PSU is still plenty good and I prefer this case over the h510.
 
Solution
I'd go with a Corsair TXM over the Evga G3, somewhat cheaper, just as good.

Being in Central America, that's going to make shipping nuts from many places, like Walmart etc.

You have the right idea, you've also seen options, but what you may find more locally (might be more expensive) may turn out cheaper overall after shipping and taxes and import fees etc.
