Go with an RX 5700 or RX 5700 XT its much more powerful and if you search a bit you can find some good offers.
I got my RX 5700 XT for 391,2$ (Launch price was 449$) and prices have dropped SIGNIFICANTLY since the launch of the 6000 series.
I took a short look at some prices (currently in germany) and can find some for 480,06.
This may seem like a BIG leap in price but you will be more happy with it for longer.
Tip: To Save a bit of money for the GPU use the ryzen stock cooler i. I have the same CPU and the stock cooler is wonderful. (Never had overheating)

(Btw i am planning to upgrade my fans to those you have listed XD)

Why the X570?
If you are not planning to push the 3600 to its limits by overclocking it to its max,why going with a X570?
B550 will do just fine.
I've edited your build a bit:

Idk what is about your country but even the 1660 super is 800$ which is absurd.
I had no other options that go for the 5600XT,but i managed to put a 3700X in there.
Since you didnt mention storage,im gonna think that ur gonna transfer that from your old build?
Anyhow,thoughts?

I am suprised that I could find RGB fans in multipacks, glad you benefited from my find :).

What kind of storage are you going to use?
I currently have a 1TB SSD inside my Dell so I think im going to use that. It's a Samsung.

I am kind of a ASUS lifer so the Gigabyte motherboard wouldn't work, plus I use Corsair RAM. But I'll take your suggestions and implement them a little bit until I am satisfied, thanks so much for helping out :). And thanks everyone for your suggestions. Sorry it took me a week to reply!.

Need your guy's thoughts, here is the updated build. My new budget is around $700, and this fits that budget perfectly. I already have a good video card and PSU which is what I am using right now in my Dell Inspiron 3670.
