There is no point in Z170 motherboard without K CPU like i5-6600K.
If you still want the Z170,

what is the purpose of the build you want to make ? gaming, work, productivity, surfing the web etc.

Fwiw, whatever you choose now, there is likely a good chance you'll wish you waited a few months or so. This moment is about as far away from ideal to decide on a system as has been in some time. You have kaby lake being released soon, as well as zen. The 1050 is supposed to be coming soon also. But if you must upgrade now, disregard.

The purpose is to play games, The budget is $1200. I tried to find the best reviewed parts. I don't have a computer now.
