this is the best reply i've had all day mate thank you , i sorta done another build could you have a look and compare it to what you sugguested

MOBO: gigabyte ga-78lmt-usb3 - own
Cooler:Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - £25
cpu: AMD-FX-8320 Eight-core processor - own
Memory:HyperX FURY Series 8GB DDR3 1866MHz CL10 DIMM Memory Module - Black - £50
Storage:1TB - own
GPU:ASUS strix GTX 970 - £280
PSU:Zalman ZM750-XG 750W ATX 12V V2.3 Semi Modular - £70
case: sharkoon t9 - own
optical drive: samsung DVD/cd writer - own
---------------------
£425

I assume that 8gb of ram you have listed is 1 stick, you really want to do 2x4gb so you can take advantage of dual channel speeds. I've never heard of that PSU, so i assume its not very high quality - but I will do a bit of research. As for the video cards The MSI gaming is faster, runs cooler and costs less.

http://techreport.com/review/27203/geforce-gtx-970-cards-from-msi-and-asus-reviewed

Go with the parts i picked out for you.

EDIT: Did a bit of research that Zalman unit actually looks pretty good (although it seems they tend to die after a couple of years so might want to avoid), its way more power than you need though so going with the unit i linked will save you about 20.

So this is your version of my build

MOBO: gigabyte ga-78lmt-usb3 - own
Cooler:Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - £25
cpu: AMD-FX-8320 Eight-core processor - own
Memory:G.Skill Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL 8GB (2x 4GB) DDR3 1600MHz Dual Channel Memory Kit - Red - £56
Storage:1TB - own
GPU:MSI NVIDIA GTX 970 - £275
PSU:XFX P1-550G-TS3X - 550W PSU 550W 80 PLUS GOLD PSU- £55
case: sharkoon t9 - own
optical drive: samsung DVD/cd writer - own
---------------------
£411

a few questions on it , will the PSU be enough to power the whole build, will it all fit in my case (sharkoon t9) and last question please compare the 2 970's and convince me how the MSI is better, i dont know which is better just wanna make sure im getting the better one most reviews are saying the strix is better xD

The 550w PSU will power that build just fine, you won't see much more than 400w useage at full load on CPU and GPU. As for the two GPUs, i gave you a review that compares them both. The MSI is faster, cooler, and costs less. They are both really good cards and you can't go wrong with either one.

It has no compatibility issues - you should be good to go.

Also how would you rate this build out of 10 now?

There never was a compatibility problem. As i mentioned in the duplicate thread the problem is with the weak and uncooled vrms the board uses, they have a tendency to cause the cpu to throttle down when under load as the vrms are maxed with a 125w cpu and they overheat, this will cause lag/lag spikes/ fps drops ingame and makes for a very unpleasant experience. Using the 212 evo is going to make it worse as it will direct air away from the VRMS causing them to overheat faster. Too much of this will cause the vrms to fail and if they overvolt when failing it could damage the cpu. The 8320 is going to have to work pretty hard in many games to keep up with the 970(and it will still bottleneck in a few) so the vrms are going to be getting alot. Since the Op already has these parts(op didnt make that clear in the other posts) he can test his luck.

Well the build I posted earlier that I have atm, I've had for a year now without any technical problems to my build, everythings been fine , if I don't OC anything atall on this build , will they're tend to be no issues that you've just mentioned, I should have £300 in another 5-6 month's how will this build be until then, or another idea how much with the replaced items add up too if I sell them on eBay that way I could upgrade the MOBO And CPU faster to what you suggested
