what do you think about MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition motherboard?

The board with black/white case would have nice match color.

Tier Two board have nice quality and good overclocking performance.

Tier Two: High end. Great MoBos, SLI capable with good enough thermals and power to take up any CPU, not the best for extreme OCing but do OC very well. Have many premium features as well. Quality is good, no known persistent issues.

If I will care the color and focus on black/white theme,I would go this board,if not ,just go Z97S SLI Plus ,same feature I think.

Hey guys, also deciding over this and other MSI boards (G55 SLI, Guard-Pro) and some ASRock ones (extreme3 or extreme4).
People said ASRock have higher quality ?
Is this true?
Does anyone have long term experiences with those cheaper or 'regular' MSI boards?

i dont have experience in asrock and msi motherboards so i cant really tell you...maybe some other guys can give you their experiences
