what do you think about this 1070?

Other than the cooling, it's the same as most GTX 1070's. The cooling could lead to lower speeds, higher temps or more noise.

How is that Armor 1070 OC treating you? that was my other alternative, but i found out about this one and it was cheaper so.. yeah.

The Armor has a good boost clock and is super quiet and cool. I value a good quiet card a lot. My system is no louder at load than it is at idle.
