What do you think about this build?

I am building something for my grandparents. They are getting old and his Windows 95 first generation Dell Inspiron officially became obsolete when his new internet service provider won;t support it.

My grandpa will be the one using it. He will be checking his emails, opening up some photos and videos from time to time, but he mainly will be listening, playing and burning music. He has over 20 GB of music on that thing. It gives me chills every time I look at it, but hey he loves it. I want to get him something that will last the rest of his life (hopefully many more years). His last PC lasted him 13 years. It is still runable! This is what I came up with. As a gamer, I am not used to building PC's, as this would only be my 3rd build ever.

Any help, tips, advice, anything would be greatly appreciated!
Oh yeah, money is not a HUGE issue, but I want to keep it at a very manageable price, as he already has a working monitor, speakers, keyboard and mouse. This is currently priced at around $350.

-This deal was just too good to turn down. He really doesn't need it but I think it will do him much better than integrated graphics.

-Havent done any voltage calculators. Was debating on using the automated thermaltake or ASUS calculator that they have but I got lazy. What can I say. 300W should be enough, as the CPU really doesnt require much power and the GPU is low end.

I have extra SATA cables, hdmi wires (for the HD 1080p monitor I hope to get him down the line) and others.

My main concern right now is compatibility and performance. Keep in mind this whole thing was done in 20 min so dont laugh at me if I screwed up big time.

Thanks!
