I have put together a list of parts for a gaming PC I plan to build. This will be my first build ever, and I am excited to get started! I didn't put an aftermarket cpu cooler in there because I don't plan to overclock, but I will in the future. Will this build be able to run most games on ultra in 1080p with great frame rates?

Solution
Minor personal thing but I prefer the looks of Asus Maximus VII Hero over the Asus Maximus VI Hero but both are good choices.
Yes you should be able to run ultra 1080p with 60fps in modern AAA titles for 2015.
You want an aftermarket cpu cooler if you want overlocking in the future.

I would go with this instead. To me it's better for the price.

You can add the keyboard, mouse, and monitor of you're choosing. Although if you're going 60hz I would get an IPS monitor.
