Hi,
I am using Corsiar in one of my PC which is this one Corsair Vengeance Pro 32GB
and in my 2nd PC This one: Kingston Technology HyperX Savage Memory Black 32GB DDR4 2666MHz Kit

It really depends what you want to do woth yoru PC? i use them for Gaming and Graphics designing so they work perfect for me.

The main thing to check the compatibility of your PC, that what type of RAM it Supports?

I firmly believe that Infineon makes the best RAM on the market. I recently DOUBLED the amount of memory in our Dell PC. We used to have 2x512MB of ram, but I upped the annie. I purchased 2 more 512MB sticks of the same Infineon RAM. I managed to pick those bad boys up for $3.98! Now, I know exactly what you are all thinking... Why would you put a total of 2GB of Ram in a system?!?! Overkill much? But wait, this isn't just any ram... This is premium high performance Ram which clocks at a stunning 533MHz. I know it is way overkill for any machine, but at least I have the confidence in knowing that I have the most sick machine in my town. With an AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Single-Core Processor, a GeForce 7300, and 2GB of Infineon DDR2 ram, my PC can plow its way through any task we throw at it. These are great reasons that I believe Infineon is the way to go, new machines or old. Casual gamers, or professional gamers. Light users, or heavy users. No matter the situation, Infineon is the answer.

DDR3 is the best RAM in my opinion. I have used plenty of RAM'S but DDR3 was the best. Yos should go for DDR3

I have 4 amazing sticks: HyperX Predator 4x4GB of DDR4 @ 2666Mhz they are pretty, fast (CL is only 14ms!) and reliable as well.

But my favourite ones are probably the Corsair Dominator Platinum!
Best looking ones: G.Skill TridentZ

I don't think you can feel differences between 2 of the similar RAMs (and I barely even think u can see major difference in benchmarks, just like the $1000 HDMI cables). If are buying RAM just buy what u can, I personally been going with HyperX these last few years. Blu and Fury. Not because I think its the best, but Im team Red, i prefer art over what can be achieved in theory.

I am using transcend for past 3 year i dont have any issue but check for frequency and compatibility before buying any ram. Transcend is good company gud luck..

It's probably already been stated but there is no one "best" RAM. Selecting the best RAM for your motherboard really depends on several factors : What are you going to use it for, is it compatible with your motherboard, does it suit your budget, do you like the way it looks etc. etc. I find that Corsair, Kingston, Hynix, and Samsung all provide good ram and I've never had a stick fail on me. Considering I run my PC (s) nearly 24/7 that's actually saying something. ECC is good RAM if you're using a Xeon processor but it falls short in other areas if you want to game or use your PC for standard domestic applications. I don't recommend running a server without ECC memory. High efficiency ram is nice but it can also take a good chunk out of your pocketbook and frankly the improvement is negligible when you begin reaching for higher frequencies for overclocking purposes. The latency vs. frequency argument is a classic. A better question would be, "What RAM is best for you and your purposes?". If you plan on over clocking I recommend XMP memory. Be sure to buy ram with a lifetime warranty. The worst ram will not offer this. I hope this helps.

CORSAIR Dominator Platinum 128GB (8 x 16GB) is my favorite, I'm just power thirsty and love to max everything out for fun. Plus that memory is so expansive. Have not build a PC of 128 GB yet.

Currently I am using Ballistix sport 16gb! its a kit ram has two 8gbs. DDR3. I do small scale rendering for interior designing and for that I have quadroo 5000 card installed and also play online games sometimes like COD, BF and Titanfall 2.

for DDR4, I would be waiting for max and optimized performance which usually come in the middle or end of DDR4' time cycle.

for DDR3,, low voltage is good for CPU: 1.5v no more than that
standard and best CL is CL9
Freq, more high freq is better as long as the CL still at cl9 and 1.5v
what is it? 2133c9 the brand is up to you
but for me, corsair has best and beautiful look, specially dominator platinum
unfortunately the dominator needs more voltages in the same level of vengeance pro. So i Prefer Vengeance pro according its low volt.
the best DDR3 for me is
Corsair vengeance Pro CMY16GX3m2a2133c9R
*2x8GB more than enough not only for game. but also the others
*dual channel is sweet spot for now,, quad needs more volt
*High frequency 2133Mhz which still use low volt 1.5v safety for 24/7
*low CL 9 which make you can OC it much further if needed. sense DDR4 2800c12 right? unless its volt around 1.65, while DDR4 is very low volt.

This is a really great thread, it's hard to get a laptop with a large enough memory and small enough to carry everywhere that doesn't cost a bomb, it's been recommended that getting a large RAM is a solution to saving pennies on an expensive laptop, that way you can get the best of both worlds!
