What do you think is the reason for my slow download speed in Origin ?

When I download game from my steam library or origin the download drops from 3mbps to 20kpps After clean instal windows 10 I installed steam origin and uplay then I restart the PC now I have very slow download speed in steam and origin do you thing the reason because I was need to restart the PC after each insulation ? Like instal steam then restart instal origin then restart or it does not matter and my proplem due to something else ?

1| Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your connected peripherals and how you're connected to the internet(via a wirelessly or wired)?
2| Disable automatic device driver updates.
3| Have you made sure your BIOS and remaining device drivers(namely chipset and networking drivers) are up to date?
4| Often times when there is a mandatory windows update available for your system it will take precedence over anything you have in cue(via prioritization). You could stop the mandatory updates from taking place but that isn't advised since the updates ensure that any and/or all bugs(which are numerous) are plugged up asap.

I installed steam origin and uplay without to restart my pc after each instlation of these

or it does not matter ?
like I was need to install steam and restart the pc
then install origin and restart

I doubt that not restarting your PC after installing a program would cause this. Does this slow speed only happen with these applications or does it happen when browsing the web as well? Run a speedtest on speedtest.net and say what speed you get (make sure you take note of whether it is in bytes or bits, MB/Mb)
