Looks pretty good for the price. You could perhaps stretch another $10-20 for an HD 7950 to up the value a little.

i dont know your budget? but i suggest you to get a better gpu like hd 7950 or 7970

Then I would suggest these changes. A 7950, a better PSU, and a CPU cooler so you can overclock.

Okay thanks for all the help! And I don't know to much about overclocking? What does it do, and does it help that much?

Makes the CPU run faster. In cases where actual performance - like the FPS in a game - is limited by the CPU, it can improve performance significantly. In cases where the CPU isn't the limiting factor, it won't do much. But you basically get a faster CPU without paying extra (except for the price of a better cooler that is required to deal with the extra heat).

I don't think there's much you could do within the budget.
