What do you think of my PC Build?

So hello guys. I am trying to build a new pc and i need to know what you think of my PC build? Do you think those things are the best possible for this price? If not can you suggest me another build (i will purchase only from amazon.com not newgg or other sites)? Here is my build:
CPU-- Intel Core i7-5820K 6-Core 3.3GHz ($374.79)
CPU COOLER-- Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.49)
MOTHERBOARD-- MSI Z170A GAMING M5 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($178.97)
RAM-- G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($70.88)
SDD-- Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($87.69)
POWER SUPPLY -- EVGA SuperNOVA G2 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($74.99)
VIDEO CARD -- Gigabyte GV-R939G1 R9 390 GDDR5 8GB ($289.99)
PS 1. Do i really need a 300 dollar graphic card? Is it worth it?

What do you plan to do? Game? I have 2x $300 graphics cards for gaming.

you made a few error on your build. you have a 2011-3 cpu matched up with a 1151 mb.

also for the 390 gpu your power supply is under sized for a gpu that eats watts for breakfast you need a min 650w unit. for a gaming rig you want a 750w unit.
your also using old gpu.
look at the 1070 or the newer 480x when it drops. both cards are under 200w of power. the newer 480x retail price will be 200.00. when it drops.

What he said. I would like to add that you DO need a good GPU but you can go with a decent K i5 for your CPU and save a hundred or so dollars

So let's see if i can make this right. I will change the things you say i have problems with:
CPU-- Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor ($359.99)
PSU-- EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G2 80 Plus Gold Rated ($89.99)
Now as for GPU, can you recommend me any good one from amazon around the price i put before (250-300 dollars)?

I'm planning on using it for medium-high performance needed things (games, servers e.t.c)
