what do you think of the Thermaltake smart SE 730w?

that psu for this build? will it like blow up, burst into flames or smoke, or wat? ive been really wanting a cheap and good modular psu and this always comes in mind cause its always available and affordable in my country. note that i wont bother ocing or sli.
