I don't currently have the CPU, CPU Cooler and Mobo but will in the next week so yeah.
Also getting a GTX 960 4gb in the future and new 1000w PSU, ill probably get a full window tower or something and go to water cooling. Lastly, 8x2 Ram, Ill most likely go with Kingston again.

Please excuse my literacy, I don't really care it's the internet. Smhh

Give me rated 0-10 on meh pc(NOT COMPARED TO 3K$ PCs). Or give suggestions on anything.

I'll take issue with the Coolmax PSU since that's not a brand often considered to be quality. A quality 500W PSU will run the hardware you're showing without problems, no need to get anything more powerful. XFX has some good PSU's that aren't too expensive, I'll suggest looking at those

Agreed, but I am upgrading in the future to SLIs and other equipment so why not be ready? 😛

You'll still wanna get a power supply from a better brand. Bad ones tend to take out other computer components when they let go. I would suggest going with XFX/Seasonic, Antec, or Corsair (avoiding their CX line). 600-700 watts is a good number for SLI.

I wouldn't upgrade from a GTX 750 Ti to a GTX 960 in the future. I had the 750 Ti myself and upgraded to GTX 970. It have three times the power of 750 Ti and is a good match to your cpu. 960 is just between these two and is not worth the upgrade.

I recommend psu from Seasonic or Super Flower. They make the best psu on the market and you can trust them blindly. Search reviews about "Super Flower 500 W Platinum Silent" for example. It is dead silent and have enough power for GTX 970 and is very efficient and high quality.
