Definitely chuck out that PSU, its no good. I would have also preferred faster memory for a little more performance, say 3000mhz. Rest is fine.
For PSU, get something within Tier A preferably...

16 threads should be good for a good 3-4 yrs atleast. The GPU is good for a couple of years too. Overall pretty potent build.

With a prebuilt, there are other things you need to consider as well.
Warranty and assembly.

There are some companies I wouldn't buy from at any price or configuration.
