you will not find any benefit from the ram if you do not overclock.
if you do not overclock better go for 1600 cl9.
if it is for gaming a 770 whould have been a better choice.overall it is good.

I know people are gona come in and say buy this and buy that brand. But I say it looks good for a mid level rig. the i5 and 760 should pair great together and with the setup you really do not need much more then 8gb ram. your power supply might be a bit much. you can run this off a 600w. or even less, it says you have a power usage of 363 w but i'd run a 600w.

Power supply is overkill, get a 500-550w power supply. You don't really need h100i unless you want to do some heavy overclocking, the money you save from excluding the h100i and downgrading your power supply should be spent on a 770

Change to the Z87 Gryphon personally, it is a sabretooth without the thermal armour. If you wanted red/black theme go for the maximus gene

Get the EVGA supernova i suggested, much more reliable

better go with a tx series for better eficiency and if you think you are planing to upgrade later on and snaping in a second 770 go for a 750.
having a bigger power supply wont harm.

Not really. but if you do take it off make sure you clean but the cpu top and the pad for the H100i then apply new.

you might get better temps by 2 0c and it depends on what you put.thats up to you.

both are reliable.
when it comes to motherboards asus has the lead.now both have the 770 chip so it should not make a diference.
