What does Bulk memory mean?

Hi, i want to buy some memory to my pc for playing games sometimes.
When i searched on some shop's website i saw some DDR 3 memory's called ''Bulk''..What is that? Most of the memory's are CL9 or CL 11 or Value...what's teh difference why is the Bulk cheaper?

as its not considered "Performance" memory.

if u just want a little more ram for surfing the net, emails, pictures and such this value or bulk ram is fine.

its not until u start getting into overclocking and benchmarking that the CAS Latency (CL) or voltage of memory makes a difference.
