What does ISEC stand for in FSNavigator?

On the map chart in FSNavigator there are what i think are beacons
symbolised by clear little triangles. The pop up info when my mouse is
over them labels them as ISEC's e.g ISEC Radno for the beacon(?) at
Radnor in Wales, UK.

There are the usual VOR's, NDB's etc but what is an ISEC?
