What does streaming require

Hey guys i started streaming but im facing the problem that my stream wont get better quality the stream will be only good at 480p 30fps every time i try to change it to 720p 30fps it just lags
graphics - Gtx 960
Cpu - amd fx 4350 quad core
Moniter -1920 x 1080 hd screen 60 refresh rate
What do i need to change to make it better

Yep.
Most people don't have enough bandwidth for quality video.

So unless you get higher bandwidth with your ISP the only other choice for HD is to copy to PC first (i.e. if recording gaming) then upload the file but that's not streaming.

More specifically the UPLOAD bandwidth needs to be fairly high.

1GB per hour (medium HD 30FPS video) = 291KBps = 0.28MBps

You can run "SPEEDTEST" to see what your upload cap is.

My download is 11Mbps (mega bit per second). My upload is 0.84Mbps

In same units, I get 0.84/8Mbps = 0.1MBps (1Byte = 8bits)

*thus, I can't upload a good 720p, 30FPS video and that's assuming no YouTube upload bottlenecking either.

Summary:
Roughly speaking you need at least 0.3MBps UPLOAD, though I've not looked at the exact bandwidth details for YouTube.
