What does this mean? Will it still work?

So the other day I was putting all of my parts together on www.pcpartpicker.com and after putting all the parts on the list I noticed at the top it said "compatible" but with minor issues. So I clicked on minor issues and it said,

"ASRock B75 PRO3 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but the Raidmax ATX-818WB MicroATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports."

So I was like ok... but will it still work properly? I really like the case and would rather exchange the motherboard for something else.

btw I'm on a tight budget so if you recommend a motherboard please try and keep the price around what the other one was.

Its fine, you'll just need a frontpanel usb3.0 adaptor if you want usb3.0 port functionality, you can pick them up cheaply enough if you want/need one
