What does this picture mean.

Hi there

I am trying to install a program on my computer. I keep getting the error message I posted below. There seems to be more than enough room on my hard drive to install the program. This error is occurring inside a virtual machine. Thanks for your time and assistance in advance.

Have you been able to install anything else in this VM?

The part of the error "and that you have the required permissions" would probably be it.
