I saw this once I booted up my computer.

Does this mean my hard drive is broken?

If I wanted to sell it would I still be able to?

It means the drive is dying.

Sell the drive? No.
Sell the PC with that drive in it? Also no. Well...maybe $30.

Attribute #05 is the Reallocated Sector Count. These are bad sectors which have been replaced with spares.

See the full SMART report in tools such as CrystalDiskInfo, HD Sentinel, HD Tune, etc.
