What drivers do I need for the MSI Z77A-G41

1) Intel chipset drivers and USB3.0 driver, but you can get the newer onr from intel website.

2) Realtek LAN and audio driver.
If you want to set up the RAID, then get the intel RST too.

Ummmmm, which OS are you using? Select it from the drop down and get all the drivers. If the mobo maker offers it as drivers for the board, that means all of them apply to the board. They all drive different things.

I don't think it is the good idea to install all the drivers. And do you buy and eat all the food that sold in the supermarket?

If you read the description of the items in the list, you can see that they all apply to his board. So your analogy of the supermarket is wrong. I buy and eat all the food for my recipe (the board).

Intel Rapid Storage Technology Floppy Driver for 7x series (if you still use floppies 😛)
Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver (pick which one depending on AHCI/RAID or Legacy) Its good for SSDs
Intel Smart Connect Technology Driver

My OS is Windows 8 so I don't think I need the USB3.0 Driver, pretty sure WIN 8 has that built in
