What evga gtx 1060 should i get?

Hi guys recently got my gaming pc up and running
got everything but a new graphics card. Slumming along with a evga gts 450 for the moment.
Gonna mod the crap outta skyrim...finally

Here's what i got
Cpu-i5-6600k
Mobo-asrock extreme4 z170
Psu- Antec CP-850
Ram- HyperxFury 2x8gb 2666mhz
Case-antec 1200 v3

looked at newegg's evga gtx 1060's and there's quite a few of them. Im def gonna go with a 6gb. but dual fan or not? Kinda think dual is sexier. and whats all this SC and SSC and ACX . Thanks in advance
