What exactly do I backup when reinstalling windows (changing MOBO)

So I know that I am supposed to make a backup of my documents etc. but I was wondering is there anything else I am supposed to make a backup of? Important files or something?

The SAFEST thing would be to backup the entire disk if you have the space. That way you can retrieve anything and don't have to stress over missing something.

So basically backup all of these files except "windows"?

"Brukere" means Users
"Programfiler" means Programfiles

I was thinking of C: ... Don't overthink it. Do your install. Restore your documents, pictures, music, etc. Pull off anything you forgot and then wait 90 days or so and wipe the main backup.

Since you ARE doing regular backups of your primary files anyway AREN'T YOU ????
