What should I do with my ram? is my ram configuration that bad or how much ram should I upgrade to since almost half of my physical memory is partitioned on my IGPU (which I don't have any intent to undo)

List full specs of your system.
Show screenshot from Task Manager - Performance/Memory section.

Memory reserved to iGPU would show as hardware reserved.
I don't think, you have half reserved for iGPU.
