What factory restore will delete

I am running windows 7 on my pc right now with 2 hdd plugged in. I want to factory restore my pc but i was wondering if my 2 hdd will be wipe out? Or just the C drive? Thanks for the answers in advance guys

Factory restore should only touch the original setup, but there is an easy way to be sure. Unplug the other drives.
