[SOLVED] What fans are compatible with my motherboard? (asrock ab350m pro 4)

Hello. I hope this is the right place to ask .
One of my fans died and I was thinking of replacing all of them with rgb ones. However I can't understand all this argb,rgb, 3 pins, 4 pins stuff and I would like some help before I get something that wont work with my system.
Ideally i'd like fans that can change colors by using an app but remote controlled ones are fine too.

Which connectors exactly you do not understand?
#2 - is 4pin fan connector for cpu fan ( drives spinning part),
#6 - is RGB connector for AMD boxed CPU cooler with RGB,
#9 - is USB connection for AMD boxed CPU cooler with RGB,
(illustration in manual page 23)

#16 - is 3pin system fan header (drives spinning part),
#23 - is 4pin system fan header (drives spinning part),

#5 - is 12V RGB connector for remaining RGB devices.

So if i understand correctly my mobo isnt compatible with argb fans, right?
