Question What flux do you recommend to reflow a late 2012 MBPR 13 inch?

I am getting the beep issue whenever I boot my macbook, so I was told to reflow the ram first. I am looking for flux and cleaning reccomendations to reflow the ram chips. Currently using a CO-Z 858D reflow station. 91% is scarce, so if you have anything I can readily order that would be nice. And I unfortunately do not have the budget for a $200-800 ultrasonic cleaner.
