Question What "(Free) Web TV" means ?

And I will add that "free" generally means that you give the manufacturer/seller/provider a credit card number up front and they promise not to charge you for X amount of time.

With the full hope that you will forget to "unsubscribe" and then they charge you accordingly. Along with making it difficult to unsubscribe whenever you do get around to doing so.

There may also be hidden fees and charges or other ways to jack up the price you are charged.

And all the more so if the company is operating on the shady side of things.

Read all of the fine print. But that may be just as misleading.....

There are two things here:
- a lot of "Android TV" boxes ship with an app which knows (and sometimes it's even updated) with web links for TV programming around the world. That is, instead of you going to your TV channel' web page, you could use that app.

The boxes you're linking to are satellite receivers as well. For sure, there are plenty of un-encrypted TV channels one can get with proper equipment (satellite dish pointed in the right direction), but don't expect miracles.
