What games can I play with this specs?

PSU: Corsair CX500 500W 80Plus Bronze Power Supply

HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB

Any recommendations? My budget is $500 max.

I left some room so you could upgrade the case, add more storage, or if you included the OS in the budget. This will outperform your build in every way except the hard drive.

You should be able to play just about all PC games up until 2013; however, many of the modern games you might have quite a bit of trouble running them. You could try putting all of the settings to the absolute lowest and maybe you can get somewhere close to 30 fps in newer games. If you get yourself a Radeon R9 270 you should be able to play modern games smoothly; however, you probably won't be able to max out any of those games because the CPU isn't powerful enough.
