What gaming monitor to buy?

Hi guys need some advise what gaming monitor to buy I have Ryzen 5 1600x with MSI GTX 1070, I am looking for a 1080p 24 or 27 inch with 144hz tn or ips or va panel gsync capable monitor.

I came stumbling with this 5 monitors:
1. Asus PG248Q 24 in gsync
2. Asus XG27V 27 in freesync
3. Acer XB241H 24 in gsync
4. Viewsonic XG2701 27 in freesync
5. Benq XL2430 24 in

Should I benefit getting the gsync monitors with a 1080p resolution? I am playing FPS like CSGO and PUBG games.

Any advise is much appreciated. Thank you.

For shooter games 144mhz with gsync.
24 or 27 inch is up to you they take the same power from the video card.
