Hey! I am building my very first desktop! I am excited but I need some help. I have determined to buy an AMD FX-8370 but I don't know what motherboard would go with that. And if you guys can also inform me on getting a Graphics card (video card) that goes with that and a case. Thanks!

You can choose any AMD AM3+ motherboard. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007625%2050001315%2050001944%2050001314%2050001312%20600138080%20600480012&IsNodeId=1&name=MSI (I've narrowed down the selection to Asus, Asrock, Gigabyte and MSI because all of the other manufacturers should be ignored (they're the sketchy strange ones)). It's really up to you which one you go with... they all have their pros and cons. Some will be cheap mainstream boards, some will be expensive gaming boards. It's really all up to you.

As for graphics cards, it all depends upon budget. Please name your maximum budget for a graphics card (or two, if you want SLI/CrossFire... it'd be stupid to have more than that for a first build)...

The same goes for a case. Some cases are small, compact, and cheap, some are huge, roomy, expandable, pricey monsters. It's all up to you. (My build uses the Corsair 900D case—it's huge and has the most space for radiators of any popular case I've seen. Take note of Cooler Master, which makes discrete cases that are usually quite high in quality, and NZXT, which makes some of the coolest looking things around and the highest rated all-in-one (AIO) water cooling systems).

ASUS Sabertooth 990FX R2 is undeniably the way to go board wise.

He is building an AMD rig. Show the guy respect and take your thread crapping somewhere else.
