The motherboard isn't the issue, it's your PSU. I doubt you can handle anything above a 750TI or 360 though, especially with a ridiculous off-brand board like that.

A tier 1 or maybe decent tier 2 PSU with 500W+ should work. There is a PSU tier list right here on the forum, just search.
