What GPU do I need to run 144fps @ 1440p with 1080p as side monitors?

So yeah, I'm going to be building my dream setup here next year as I'm moving in together with my girlfriend.

I was wondering if my planned pc build would be able to run a 1440p monitor for gaming and 2 1080p for work and streaming.

My planned pc specs:

I7 6700k @ 4.4Ghz
16 gb 3000Mhz ddr4
MSI Gtx 1070 8Gb ddr5
Samsung 256gb 850 Pro SSD

Can these specs run games @ 1440p whilst streaming them with fps over 60 stable?

Yes it should do the job, but its better to get GTX 1080. IMO

Well I mean the better card is always a better solution, but currently my setup is going to cost me 4665 usd.. So I don't just have the extra cash for the 1080.

If you can't afford the 1080, then your current setup is just fine.

8gigs of VRAM is sufficient to drive single 1440p monitor while gaming at high settings or even ultra.
And more than enough for two 1080p for productivity.
