Solution
You already have a GTX 970? I suppose you're getting your tax refund and want to spend it on a GPU? Too bad prices are the way they are. Not sure if I would upgrade your GPU now or not.

For the price of a GTX 1070 Ti right now, before you would have been able to get a 1070 Ti AND an i7-4790K. But now a GTX 1070 Ti is $700-$800. :/ :/

I'd rather have a 4690 or a 4790 instead of that 4460, especially if I want to upgrade a 970 to a higher end card, and I did too. I had the 970

and I upgraded after saving money for over 9 months.
