I got $240. I'm looking for a better graphics card with the extra money I've gotten and I wanna know what you think I should get. My games don't really consists of anything to crazy just rainbow six siege, arma 3 I wanna play battlegrounds too. I was thinking of just crossfiring rx 460s just because. The card can be new or used and I'd like if you could point me to a website and tell me what card would give me good performance. I care about fps and the beauty of my games. I want atleast 4gb of vram that's a big must for me.

Not sure where exactly to buy used. But getting a $240 new GPU, this is the only one I can find:

Asus - Radeon RX 580 4GB Dual Video Card ($209.98 @ Directron)

Other GPUs (new) costs higher than your budget:

PNY - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB Video Card ($279.99 @ Dell Small Business)

Note that CrossFire'ing the RX460 is not worth it. It would only have the same (or below) performance compared to the single RX 470 you already had (not to mention compatibility issues with gaming/scaling using 2 GPUs, and more heat/power consumption).

The 580 would be a good buy when it's back in stock at retail price. The 1060 is a nice option but the 580 should be a better bang for your buck.
